This site is run by OX Financial Limited (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you use it and why.
What we collect
If you ask us to contact you, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), the best time to reach you, and your answers to the questions on the site. The site also records basic technical details about your visit, such as your browser and IP address.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your insurance enquiry, to confirm your mobile number by SMS code, and to measure how our advertising is working. Any health information you give is used only to help your adviser and is never shared outside OX Financial. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us through oxfinancial.co.nz. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
